Our work process

Upon arrival, the player who signed up for the program will register for the “Lorca B” team, which is affiliated with the Royal Spanish Football Federation.

The player will be part of a squad of 22 players participating in the "First Autonomous" category of the Region of Murcia. In this category, they face teams from youth teams from higher divisions and regional teams.

The player who arrives will join the “Lorca B” training discipline. This involves daily training, gym work, technical and tactical sessions and physical athletic work. This is a high-performance, high-demand team.

Players registered in Lorca B, in addition to participating in the Lorca B category, are eligible, with the same registration, to be able to upgrade to the “Lorca Deportiva” Club. In this club they have the opportunity to play for the strongest team in the region in the category (Tercera RFEF). This team has, in the last two years, produced players for teams such as Real Zaragoza, Cartagena and Murcia in Spain, and players for leagues in other European countries.

Finally, the idea of "Pro in Europe" is to provide the player with a high-performance environment, with the real possibility of training and playing with Spanish professional teams, and, of course, with the perspective that, at the end of the year of work , the player may be eligible to be hired at Lorca Deportiva as a professional player or even be transferred to other clubs in Spain or Europe.
